BC Floor Plans has a full-service booking app now? Heck yeah, we do!
With our booking app, users can view the cost of each service based on the estimated square footage entered or the photo package selected. Once you have selected all the services required, they can be scheduled in real-time and are considered confirmed as soon as you complete the booking process & receive your confirmation email. Its easy. Really easy. Not only that, it can be done 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with no need to wait for someone to get back to you during business hours (how annoying is that?). Appointment calendar can be viewed by day, week or month so you can book way in advance if you want and then you can even find that appointment easily in the calendar. Awesome! Need to change an appointment? We got you. Scheduled services can be edited, re-scheduled, and canceled within the app. You forgot about that appointment you booked way in advance? Not a problem. With notifications turned on, you will receive reminders of upcoming appointments in advance. So you still have time to make arrangements or cancel the appointment without any fees. This may be the best part. We built a communications feature in the app so that on the day of the appointment youll have direct communications with whichever technician or photographer has been scheduled to arrive on site. Running late or do need to send the on-site team some special instructions? Do it in the app. Its just like texting. Also if the on-site technician/ photographer needs to communicate with you, they can send you a notice through the app also. No phone numbers or names to remember, just direct useful communications with the provider. Try it out, I wont say its amazing... because I already did.
